Catering Policies

Attendants

  • One (1) catering attendant per 75 guests for buffet events — $25.00/hour, 4-hour minimum (includes setup and breakdown).
  • One (1) catering attendant per 16 guests for served events — $25.00/hour, 4-hour minimum (includes setup and breakdown).
  • Chef attendants — flat rate of $100.00 for all action and handcrafted stations.
  • Events outside regular business hours (Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm), holidays, or off-season — additional staffing charge of $40/hour.

Main Campus Deliveries

  • No charge for catering orders over $50.00.
  • Orders under $50.00 — $20.00 delivery fee or free pickup option.

Service Ware & China

  • High-quality disposable service ware included with all purchases (exceptions may apply for pickup orders).
  • China and glassware — $4.00/person for reception, buffet, beverage, or plated meal services.
  • Full china service — contact manager’s office for market price quote.
  • Additional fully compostable service ware — $1.00/person.

Linens

  • Tablecloths provided for all food and beverage service tables.
  • Basic table linen and napkins included with china plated entrées and services.
  • Tablecloths for non-food tables available at market cost.

Catering Equipment

  • All equipment provided in good working order, free of damage.
  • Event host responsible for any damages incurred during the event.
  • Charges for damage/replacement will be added at event conclusion.
